彩色多普勒超声诊断急性胰腺炎的临床价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对急性胰腺炎诊断的临床价值。方法对94例急性胰腺炎病例的彩色多普勒超声诊断资料进行回顾性分析,总结其超声声像图特点,并与CT、术后病理及临床最终诊断结果进行对照。结果 94例急性胰腺炎,彩色多普勒超声检出率为93%,CT检出率为96%,其中,急性水肿型胰腺炎81例,急性出血坏死型胰腺炎13例。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断与CT检查比较检出率无太大差异,且价格低廉、安全易行,是临床诊断急性胰腺炎的首选检查手段。

The Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the color Doppler examination data of 94 cases with acute pancreatitis;the ultrasonographic features were summarized and a contrast study was made between them and the diagnosis of CT,pathological study after operation and the final clinical diagnosis.Results Out of the 94 cases with acute pancreatitis,acute edematous pancreatitis was found in 81 cases and acute haemorrhagic-necrotizing pancreatitis in 13 cases;the detection rate of color Doppler ultrasonography was 93% while that of CT was 96%.Conclusions Color Doppler ultrsonography is of no significant difference from CT in diagnosing acute pancreatitis,as it is cheaper,safer and easier for operation,it is taken as the first choice in clinical diagnosis.
