| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会改变开放的深化,人民生活水平的提高,公众健康消费观念的改变,传统单一的医疗模式已经难以适应市场需求,特需医疗模式的出现和发展是当前医疗市场的必然产物和有效补充.本文对特需医疗模式的形成背景、内涵、运作方式、监管及其在现阶段行业体制改革中的作用等方面作出初步的理论探讨,为建立、发展和健全我国特需医疗服务体系提供借鉴. |
