Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in hospital performance appraisalduringprobationary period.Methods:The author takesa CertainGrade-A Tertiary Hospital in Jilin Province as an example,a total of 1250 new employees of the hospital during 2014—2019 were chosenas research subjects,the PDCA circulation method was introduced into the probationaryperiod since 2017.A complete appraisal mechanism was developed through analyzing currentsituation,formulating a scheme,implementing and reviewing,comparing data and continually optimizing,etc.SPSS21.0 was usedfor statistical analysis.Results:Through data comparison,the proportion of basically qualified and unqualified employees in all the people under evaluation was 9.75%,which was7.35%higher than 2.40%before the adoption.The proportion of basically qualified and unqualified employees in all the people of resignation was 44.12%after the adoption,which was dramatically higher than 8.51%before the adoption.Conclusion:Remarkableeffects and proposals are also summarized and discussed.
