多排螺旋CT对乳腺癌的术前评估

目的 探讨多排螺旋CT(MDCT)在术前对于乳腺癌评估的准确性和对乳腺保留手术的指导价值。方法 对54例乳腺癌病例在术前采用MDCT扫描。根据MDCT对癌灶的评估结果决定手术方案。就病灶的范围、位置、腋窝淋巴结情况对MDCT与术后病理进行比较。结果 54例患者中,MDCT对病灶范围显示准确率为87％,根据MDCT而采用乳腺保留手术的39个病例,术后切缘阳性率为7．69％。结论 MDCT可以一次性准确完成对于乳腺癌范围、位置、以及胸腔、腋窝淋巴结情况的评估。对于乳腺癌手术具有较大的指导价值。

Preoperative evaluation of breast cancer by Multi-Detector-Row CT

Purpose To evaluate the accuracy of Multi -Detector-Row ( MDCT) in preoperative evaluation and surgical planning of breast cancer. Methods Fifty-four patients confirmed with breast cancer underwent MDCT examination before treatment. Surgical planning was based on MDCT assessment. The extent and location of tumor, axillary status depicted by MDCT and pathology were compared. Results Within fifty-four patients, MDCT achieved an accuracy of 87% in evaluating the extent of tumor. Based on MDCT, 39 cases underwent BCT surgery with a 7.69% margin positive rate. Conclusion MDCT was able to accurately assess the extent and location of breast cancer and to identify axillary status as well as lung metastasis with one examination. It was very valuable in preoperative evaluation of breast cancer.
