| 摘 要： | 目的调查功能失调性子宫出血中医证型分布状况,为探讨本病中医诊断标准和防治提供依据。方法对功能失调性子宫出血患者进行临床流行病学问卷调查,统计各证型的频数和构成比情况。结果1016例患者纳入调查。其中单一证型346例,占34.06%;复合证型670例,占65.94%,其中两种证型组合最常见。虚证577例,占56.80%,实证138例,占13.58%,虚实夹杂291例,占29.62%。虚证多涉及脾虚(气)、肾虚(气、阴、阳)及血虚;实证多涉及肝郁、血瘀、血热,血寒和痰湿少见。结论功能失调性子宫出血中医证型以虚证为主,且多由脾虚、肾虚导致,常见复合证型。
