摘    要:本研究对家兔三叉神经节进行了扫描电镜观察,其特点如下:1.神经节细胞的核质内可见许多串珠状染色质丝和细丝样结构,其细丝与内核膜相连,外核膜亦可见密集的细丝,此结构与细胞支架系统相延续。2.核仁的颗粒部由呈环状排列的大颗粒组成,而纤维部则由紧密排列的小颗粒组成。3.神经纤维髓鞘的板层有分枝和融合现象,故使板层形成不规则的网状。有些板层局部扩大呈球状,板层间的间隙也扩大。

Abstract:The trigeminal ganglia of rabbit were studied under the seanning electron microscope. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The nucleus of the nerve ganglion cell appears as a rounded structure, usually located in the center of the cell. It is revealed that numerous fine filaments are found both on the surfaces of the inner and outer membrane, and the filaments attached to the cytoplasmic surface of the outer nuclear envelope are directly continuous with the cytoskeletal system. 2. The nucleolus of the ganglion cell is composed of granular and fibrillar elements, which may be organized into a dense network to form the so called nucleolonema. Under the S E M the granular part consists of larger granules which are arranged as a number of rings, while the fibrillar elements are composed of closely aggregated smaller granules. 3. The myelin sheath of the myelinated nerve fiber on the scanning electron micrograph shows a characteristic appearance. Its laminae may branch and anastomose to form an irregular three-dimensional network. Some parts of the myelin laminae may expand to form bulbous-structures and the spaces between them may be distended enormously.
