| 巴特日七味丸联合姜黄消痤搽剂治疗面部寻常性痤疮的疗效观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的观察巴特日七味丸联合姜黄消痤搽剂治疗面部寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法采用随机分组，治疗组口服巴特日七味丸，外涂姜黄消痤搽剂治疗，对照组单独使用姜黄消痤搽剂外涂治疗，连续4周。结果治疗组痊显率为92．9％，对照组痊显率为76．2％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组。结论巴特日七味丸联合姜黄消痤搽剂治疗面部寻常性痤疮可明显提高疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of facial acne vulgaris treated with intrgrated bateri qiwei wan and jianghuang xiaocuo chaji. Methods The patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly. The patients of the control group were treated with jianghuang xiaocuo chaji for 4 consecutive weeks. The treatment group were treated with intrgrated bateri qiwei wan and jianghuang xiaocuo chaji. Results The effective rate of treatment group and the control group were 92. 9% and 76. 2% respectively. The two groups had statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effect of treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Intrgrated bateri qiwei wan and jianghuang xiaocuo chaji can significantly improve efficacy in the treatment of facial aene vulgaris. |
