不同治疗方案根除幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效评价

目的通过对两种不同方法治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染患者的疗效进行观察，寻找根除Hp感染的最佳方案。方法采用随机对照方法，将内科门诊就诊的120例Hp感染患者的资料随机分成两组，对照组60例使用传统四联疗法（雷贝拉唑＋克拉霉素＋甲硝唑＋胶体次枸橼酸铋）治疗7d；观察组60例给予四联疗法（雷贝拉唑＋阿莫西林＋左氧氟沙星＋胶体次枸橼酸铋）治疗7d。两组4周后均做”C尿素酶呼气试验，并做比较。结果对照组Hp根除率为70．9％，观察组Hp根除率为92．9％，两组Hp根除率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论四联疗法（雷贝拉唑＋阿莫西林＋左氧氟沙星＋胶体次枸橼酸铋）能更有效地根除HD．

Efficacy evaluation of different therapeutic methods for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection

Objective To observe the efficacy of two different ways to treat Helieobacter pylori （Hp） infection-associated diseases, in order to find the best solution to eradicate Hp infection. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with complete Hp were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （60 patients） received u- sing the traditional quadruple therapy （rabeprazole ＋ clarithromycin Su ＋ metronidazole ＋ colloidal bismuth subcitrate） for 7 days, the observation group （60 patients） received quadruple therapy （rabeprazole ＋ amoxicillin ＋ levofloxacin ＋ colloidal bismuth subcitrate） for 7 days. After 4 weeks, 13 C urease breath test were performed for comparison. Resets Hp eradication rate in the control group was 70. 9%, Hp eradication rate in the observation group was 92. 9%, the difference of Hp eradication rates between two groups had significant statistical significance （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Choosing quadruple therapy （ rabeprazole ＋ amoxiciUin ＋ levofloxacin ＋ colloidal bismuth subcitrate） can be more effective in eradication of Hp.
