维拉帕米联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗阵发性室上性心动过速27例的疗效观察

目的 总结维拉帕米及门冬氨酸钾镁治疗阵发性室上性心动过速（PSVT）的疗效.方法 对用维拉帕米及门冬氨酸钾镁治疗PSVT 27例的资料进行分析.结果 27例PSVT经静脉注射维拉帕米及静脉滴注门冬氨酸钾镁治疗后,25例心动过速终止并转为窦性心律,复律成功92.6%,多数病例于3~15 min心动过速终止并复律,未见明显不良反应.结论 维拉帕米联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗PSVT简便易行,疗效确切安全,转复率高,无明显不良反应.

Observation on curative effects of 27 patients with PSVT treated by combining verapamil with potassium magnesium aspartate

Objective To summarize the curative effects of patients with paroxysmal supraventricular taehyeardia（PSVT） treated by combining verapamil with potassium magnesium aspartate. Methods The data about 27 patients with PSVT treated by combining verapamil with potassium magnesium aspartate were retrospectively analyzed. Results After 27 patients were injected and instilled intravenously with verapamil and potassium magnesium aspartare respectively, 25 of them ended taehyeardia and were converted to normal sinus rhythm. The successful conversion rate was 92.6%. Most patients ended tachycardia and were converted to normal sinus rhythm in 3 to 15 minutes after the treatment. Conclusion Combining verapamil with potassium magnesium aspartate to treat patients with PSVT is effective and simple and the result is exact and safe, with high percentage of conversion to normal sinus rhythm and little side effect.
