外伤性后颅凹血肿38例分析

目的　讨论外伤性后颅凹血肿的诊断和治疗。方法　报告 1990年 1月至 2 0 0 4年 1月收治的外伤性后颅凹血肿 38例 ,对本组病例进行回顾分析。结果　硬膜外血肿 2 0例 ,硬膜下血肿 7例 ,脑内血肿 11例 ;手术 31例 ,保守 7例 ,死亡 3例。结论　外伤性硬膜外血肿 ,由于后颅凹的特殊解剖 ,其症状不典型性和多变性 ,要严密观察 ,及时复查 CT,及时诊断 ,及时手术 ,是减少病死率的关键。

Traumatic posterior skull fossa hematomas 38 report

Objective To discuss the diagnostic and therapeutic principle of traumatic posterior skull fossa hematomas.Methods A total of 38 cases with traumatic posterior skull fossa hematomas from January 1990 to January 2004 were reported in the article,their diagnosis and treatment were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the 38 cases in this group included 20 cases of posterior fossa extradural hematomas,7 cases of posterior fossa subdural hematomas,and 11 cases of posterior fossa intracerebral hematomas.Thirty-one cases were operated on,23 cases received conservative treatment,3 cases died.Conclusion Due to the special position of traumatic posterior skull fossa hematomas and their atypical and mutivariable symptoms,successful treatment of these hematomas depends on careful observation,timely CT check and diagnosis to remove the hematomas by surgical operation.
