| Abstract: | Penicillin-G amidase enzyme is one of the enzyme outside the cell,which is secreted by the cell and which is from Bacillus Megaterium through second fermentation.In the industry,we improved the technology of the adsorption and wash and separation of the enzyme in the ferment solution.We received obvious effect. |
