摘    要:目的探讨L-精氨酸预处理对急性缺氧大鼠肺组织的影响及其作用机制。方法建立大鼠缺氧模型,并观察一般状况,计算体重及肺系数;NO含量测定试剂盒测定肺组织NO水平。结果缺氧后大鼠进食及活动减少,一般状况差,用药组体重及肺系数有所改善;缺氧后肺组织中NO和常氧组相比有明显减少,而缺氧+L-arginine组NO水平与缺氧组比较有明显提高(P<0.05),几乎接近正常水平。结论 L-精氨酸预处理对急性缺氧大鼠肺组织具有保护作用,其机制可能与NO水平的升高有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of L-arginine on lung tissue of acute hypoxic rats.Methods The hypoxic rat model was constructed,and the research was to observe the common state and to count the body weight and lung coefficient of rats;NO levels of lung tissues were measured according to NO assay kit.Results The rats ate and exercised less,and had bad state after hypoxia.The body weight and lung coefficient were recovered to some extent in L-arginine hypoxic rats.NO assay results showed that the NO levels in hypoxic rats were less than those in normal rats,and the NO levels in L-arginine hypoxic rats were more than those in hypoxic rats(P <0.05),almost as much as those in normal rats.Conclusions L-arginine has a protective effect on lung tissue of acute hypoxic rats,and its mechanism is possibly related to the increased NO level.
