摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法用于测定人尿液中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。方法:采用乙腈∶0.2%磷酸水溶液(20∶80 v/v)为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为400 nm。结果:羟基红花黄色素A的线性范围为0.58~57.69μg/mL,羟基红花黄色素A在尿中3个浓度的绝对回收率分别平均为100.3%、100.8%、100.9%。结论:本方法简单快速,准确灵敏,重现性好,适用于羟基红花黄色素A的尿中药物浓度测定。

Abstract:Objective; To establish a phase high-performance liquid chromatography for determina- tion of hydroxysafflor yellow A (HYSA) level in human urine. Methods: A ratio of acetonitrile to 2% phosphoric acid solution (10 : 90, V/V) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min with detection wave length being 400 nm. Results: It showed that HYSA had a good linear relationship when its concentration was between 0.58-57.69 μg/mL, and the absolute recoveries were 100.3%, 100.8% and 100.9% respectively. Concolusion: The method was simple, quick and convenient for determination of HYSA in human urine.
