广西艾滋病防治人员生存质量及影响因素分析

目的了解艾滋病防治人员生存质量现状及影响因素。方法采取整群随机抽样方法抽取广西省艾滋病防治人员250人为研究对象, 采用世界卫生组织生存质量评定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)进行调查。结果艾滋病防治人员生存质量中生理领域[(13.16±2.02)分]、心理领域[(12.60±2.40)分]、社会领域[(12.99±2.49)分]和环境领域[(10.87±2.02)分]得分均低于普通人群, 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示, 广西省艾滋病防治人员生存质量中生理领域的影响因素为对工作满意度、家庭成员关系, 吸烟情况;心理领域的影响因素为对工作满意度、家庭经济状况;社会领域的影响因素为对工作满意度、家庭经济状况、家庭成员关系;环境领域的影响因素为对工作满意度、家庭经济状况、家庭成员关系。结论广西省艾滋病防治人员的生存质量偏低, 对工作满意度、家庭经济状况、家庭成员关系是艾滋病防治人员的生存质量的影响因素。

Analysis on quality of life and its influencing factors among HIV/AIDS prevention and control personnel in Guangxi

ObjectiveTo study quality of life(QOL) and its related factors among personnel working on human immuno-deficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(HIV/AIDS) prevention and control.MethodsTotally 250 AIDS prevention and control personnel from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region(Guangxi) were selected with random cluster sampling and surveyed with World Health Organization's Quality of Life Instrument-Short Version(WHOQOL-BREF).ResultsThe scores of AIDS prevention and control personnel in physical,psychological,social,and environmental domain were lower than those of normal population(P<0.01).The job satisfaction,famliy relationship,and smoking status were the influence factors of physical domain of QOL;job satisfaction,famliy economic conditions were influence factors of psychological domain of QOL;job satisfaction,famliy economic conditions and family relationships were influence factors of social domain of QOL;and job satisfaction,famliy economic conditions and family relationships were influence factors of environmental domain of QOL.ConclusionThe quality of life of AIDS prevention and control personnel in Guangxi are low and job satisfaction,family economic condition and famliy relationship are mian influening factors.
