| 摘 要： | 目的:观察运用跌打软膏外治骨折、脱位患者的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例,经手法复位,外敷跌打软膏;对照组60例,外敷止痛消炎膏,每3天换药1次。结果:治疗组总有效率96.97%,对照组有效率76.67%。两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),提示治疗组优于对照组。结论:跌打软膏有活血化瘀、通利经络、消肿止痛、续筋接骨之功,能尽早消除肿痛,加速骨折的愈合,缩短治疗时间,且价廉而效宏。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the use of external treatment of ointment bonesetter fractures,dislocation of the clinical efficacy.
