| 摘 要： | 目的:为推行国家基本药物制度提供参考。方法:分析出台的基本药物制度的相关政策文件,结合我国之前推广基本药物制度的经验教训,探讨推行国家基本药物制度时应注意的问题。结果与结论:应进一步确立《国家基本药物目录》的法律地位,规范基本药物投标企业的资格认证,明确基本药物的使用主体和使用比例并合理定价,保障特殊基本药物的供应,确保基本药物制度的顺利实施。
