| 摘 要： | 目的：比较前列腺摘除不同术式的临床疗效。方法：将386例开放性前列腺摘除术患者按不同术式分成3组；传统经膀胱前列腺摘除术组。在传统术式基础上加盲扎前列腺动脉组和Madigan前列腺摘除术组，并比较3组间的临床疗效。结果：Madigan前列腺术式组在减少术中出血量，术后并发症和缩短住院时间等指标均优于其他两组。结论：在3种开放性前列腺摘除术式中，Madigan前列腺术式的临床疗效最佳。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the clinical effects of different prostatectomy.Methods:Three hundred and eighty six patients with open prostatectomy were divided into 3 groups by different methods of operation:group of transvesical prostatectomy,group of ligating prostate artery without exposing on laying fascia,and group of Madigan operation access.The clinical effects between groups were compared.Results:The indexes of reducing bleeding volume during operation,complication after operation, and that of curtailing in patient time in the group of Madigan access operation were better than those of other two groups.Conclusion:The clinical effects of Madion access would be the best among the 3 methods of open prostatecmomy. |
