| 摘 要： | 目的：应用HPLC法制定三七药材指纹图谱检测标准。方法：Nova-Pak′C18分析柱，乙腈-水梯度洗脱，流速1.0ml/min，检测波长210nm。结果和结论：建立了三七药材的指纹图谱检测标准，实验方法简便、准确、重复性好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the fingerprints of the radix notoginseng.Method:Nova-Pak? C18 column was used,with mixture liquid of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in a gradient mode.The wavelength of measurement was 210nm.Result and Conclusion:The standard fingerprint of the radix notoginseng has been gotten.The method is simple and reliable. |
