从六经辨治肾性水肿

根据六经传变规律,将肾性水肿分为太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、少阴等证型,分经论治。太阳水肿以恶寒发热、头痛、颜面浮肿、无汗、脉浮等为辨证要点;治疗以调和营卫、宣肺利水为法。阳明水肿以潮热便秘、腹痛拒按、小便不利、口欲饮水、心烦、不眠、舌红少苔等为主症;治疗宜在清阳明里热的同时注意利水养阴。少阳水肿以往来寒热、口苦、咽干、目眩、胸胁满微结、小便不利、渴而不呕等少阳见证为辨证要点;治疗时重在疏利三焦之壅滞。太阴水肿表现为脾阳不足,中虚饮聚而致腹满便溏,胸下结硬;治疗太阴水肿的同时要注重温运脾阳。少阴水肿以"脉微细,但欲寐"为总纲,表现为腹痛、下利、小便不利、四肢沉重疼痛;治疗以温复肾阳、利水消肿为法。

Theoretical Discussion of Using Six Meridians Differentiation on Treatment of Renal Edema

According to the transmission pattern of the six meridians,renal edema is divided into the Taiyang,Yangming,Shaoyang,Taiyin,Shaoyin,and other syndrome types.The essential of Taiyang edema syndrome differentiation is characterized by aversion to cold with fever,headache,facial swelling,anhidrosis,and floating pulse;The treatment is to harmonizing Yingfen and Weifen,dispersing lung qi for diuresis.The main symptoms of Yangming edema are constipation with tidal fever,abdominal pain refusing to pressure,dysuria,hydrodipsia,dysphoria,insomnia,red tongue with little coating;The treatment should be clearing Yangming interior heat and while paying attention to nourishing Yin and alleviating water.The main points of Shaoyang edema syndrome differentiation include alternate attacks of chill and fever,bitter taste,dry throat,dizziness,binding with yang debility in chest and hypochondrium,dysuria,Thirsty but not vomiting,etc.The treatment is focused on soothing the stagnation of Sanjiao.Taiyin edema is manifested as spleen Yang deficiency,the abdomen is filled with loose stools due to the gathering of Water when Zhong Qi is weak,and hard nodes are below the chest;while the treatment should be paid attention to warming the spleen Yang.Shaoyin edema takes"weak pulse and analeptic"as the general outline,which manifests as abdominal pain,dysentery and diarrhea,dysuria,and pain and heaviness in the limbs.The treatment is to warm the kidney Yang and inducing diuresis for removing edema.
