2016-2017年吉林省监测点居民中医药公众适宜方法素养水平及影响因素分析

目的 了解吉林省监测点居民中医药公众适宜方法素养水平及影响因素,为制定中医药相关政策提供科学依据.方法 选择2016-2017年吉林省监测点中医药健康文化素养调查数据进行分析.结果 2016-2017年,吉林省监测点居民的中医药公众适宜方法素养水平分别为2.25%和3.90%,低于同年度全国平均水平.多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,以城市地区为参照,农村地区居民中医药公众适宜方法素养水平较低(OR=0.207,95%CI:0.115~0.373);以小学及以下文化程度为参照,高中、中专及大专以上文化程度居民素养水平较高(OR=2.612,95%CI:1.146~5.955;OR=4.824,95%CI:2.098~11.094);以家庭收入小于20,000为参照,家庭收入在50000元及以上的居民素养水平较高(OR=2.707,95%CI:1.443~5.079).结论 吉林省监测点居民中医药公众适宜方法素养水平较低,城乡、文化程度及家庭收入是居民中医药公众适宜方法的影响因素.

The Literacy Level of Traditional Chinese Medicine Public Appropriate Method and Influencing Factors of the Residents in Jilin from 2016 to 2017

Objective To understand the appropriate method literacy level and influencing factors of Traditional Chinese Medicine among residents of monitoring sites in Jilin,and provide scientific basis for formulating TCM related policies.Methods The data of TCM health literacy survey in monitoring points of Jilin Province from 2016 to 2017 were selected for analysis.Results The level of appropriate method literacy of TCM public in Jilin was 2.25%and 3.90%,respectively,which was lower than the national average level of the same year.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that compared with urban areas,the level of appropriate method literacy of TCM public in rural areas was lower(OR=0.207,95%CI:0.115-0.373).With the education level of primary school and below as the reference,the residents with the education level of high school,technical secondary school and college degree or above had a higher level of literacy(OR=2.612,95%CI:1.146-5.955;OR=4.824,95%CI:2.098-11.094).Taking family income less than 20000 as the reference,residents with family income of 50000 Yuan or above had a higher level of literacy(OR=2.707,95%CI:1.443-5.079).Conclusion The level of TCM public appropriate methods literacy of residents in monitoring points in Jilin was relatively low,and rural,educational level and family income were influencing factors of the public appropriate methods literacy level for TCM.
