全程质量控制在护理安全不良事件管理中的应用效果分析

目的探讨全程质量控制在护理安全不良事件管理中的应用效果.方法选取2015年1月-2017年5月第九九O医院未行全程质量控制期间的住院患者52,700例为对照组,将2017年6月-2019年6月行全程质量控制期间本院的53,240例住院患者为试验组.对比两组患者护理不良事件发生率、主动上报情况和不良事件级别、处置时间.结果两组不良事件发生率、高危药物外渗、非计划性拔管、用药错误、坠床/跌倒、标本类错误上报率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组护理不良事件主动上报率和其他上报率高于对照组,不良事件级别优于对照组,不良事件处置时长短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在护理安全不良事件的管理中,使用全程质量控制可提高护理不良事件主动上报率,减轻护理不良事件严重程度,缩短不良事件处理时间,提高护理安全管理的效果.

Analysis of the Application Effect of the Whole Process Quality Control in the Management of Adverse Events of Nursing Safety

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control in the management of adverse events of nursing safety.Methods A total of 52,700 inpatients who underwent quality control during the period from January 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the control group.During the whole period of quality control from June 2017 to June 2019,53,240 inpatients were selected as the experimental group.The incidence of nursing adverse events,active reporting,level of adverse events,and treatment time were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse events,high-risk drug extravasation,unplanned extubation medication error,falling to bed/falling,and specimen error reporting rate(P>0.05);the active reporting rate of nursing adverse events and other reporting rates in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group;the level of adverse events was better than that in the control group,and the adverse event handling events were shorter than that in the control group with statistical differences significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of full-course quality control in the management of adverse events of nursing safety can improve the active reporting rate of adverse events,reduce the severity of adverse events,shorten the processing time of adverse events,and improve the effectiveness of nursing safety management.
