| 摘 要： | 目的：总结基层医院麻醉药品和精神药品的临床使用情况。方法对辖区范围内3所县级医院临床麻醉药品和精神药品的使用情况进行分析。结果3家医院使用前5位麻醉药品分别是芬太尼注射液、布桂嗪注射液、舒芬太尼注射液、吗啡注射液、吗啡片，其他用量较少。手术用药占45%-65%。结论县级医院麻醉药品和精神药品管理和使用符合条例规定。

| Abstract: | Objective Summarize the hospital clinical usage of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs. Methods Within the scope of their jurisdiction on 3 county-level hospitals clinical use of narcotic drugs in 2012 were analyzed. Results Three hospitals use top 5 respectively on narcotic drugs is fentanyl injection, cassia oxazine morphine injection, sufentanil injection, injection, morphine tablets, other less dosage. Surgical medicine accounted for 45%-65%.Conclusion The county hospital management and the use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs in accordance with regulations. |
