北京降压0号治疗社区原发性高血压患者的依从性研究

目的评价北京降压0号治疗社区原发性高血压患者的依从性及成本效果。方法采用同期非盲法随机平行对照实验,原发性高血压患者设北京降压0号组和苯磺酸氨氯地平组。结果入选原发性高血压患者共400例,氨氯地平组200例。北京降压0号组有效率78.0%,氨氯地平组有效率86.5%,两组在疗效和依从性上,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),北京降压0号与苯磺酸氨氯地平比较,北京降压0号具有较好的成本效果比。结论北京降压0号是一种值得推广的治疗原发性高血压的药物。

Study on the compliance of anti-hypertension No.0 in treatment patient with essential hypertension in community

Objective To study the compliance and cost effect of Beijing Anti-hypertension No. 0 on essential hypertension patient in community treatment. Methods With the same time, unblind and parallel to compare experiment,and Amlodipine controlled study. Results Total 400 patients, group A Beijing Anti-hypertension No.0 200 patients, group B(Amlodipine) 200 patients completed the study. The effect rate of Beijing Anti-hypertension No.0 is 78.0% and the effect rate of amlodipine is 86.5%, The two groups had no obvious discrepancy in treat effect and compliance (P>0.05),Beijing Anti-hypertension No.0 had better cost effect rate than Amlodipine. Conclusions Beijing Anti-hypertension No.0 is worth popularizing.
