摘 要: | 目的 初步探讨应用机器人手术系统行子宫骶骨韧带固定术治疗子宫脱垂的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析1例应用机器人系统治疗子宫脱垂病例,并复习相关文献进行讨论.结果 机器人系统治疗子宫脱垂失血量较少,术后无排尿困难,恢复排气时间、排便时间短,住院时间较短,可作为子宫脱垂的一种手术方式.结论 机器人行子宫骶骨固定术治疗子宫脱垂,观察手术疗效满意,有一定的优势,具有临床应用前景.

Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of uterine sacrocolpopexy by robot system. Methods Retrospective analysis of 1 case of application of robot system in the treatment of uterine prolapsed , based on the review of the relevant literatures. Results Robot system was applied in the surgical tatment of uterine prolapse, this method resulted in less blood loss and less time for recover. Patient would urinate and defecate in a shorter timeafter operation. Thus Da Vinci robots system could be used in surgical treatment of uterine prolapse. Conclusion The robots system pocess satisfactory curative effect and certain advantage in sacroeolpopexy of uterine prolapsed . It may universally applied in further treatment of uterine prolapsed. |
