2005年常见病原菌耐药情况统计分析

摘    要:
目的:对我院微生物实验室2005年分离的临床常见病原菌进行耐药分析,为临床感染性疾病的抗菌药物的选择提供实验室依据。方法:菌株经美国Dade公司MricroScan鉴定所得。药物敏感试验采用微量肉汤稀释法进行。结果:2005年临床常见病原菌中以革兰阴性杆菌占优势,前三位为铜绿假单孢菌、大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌。几种临床常见病原菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药率均较高。大肠埃希菌、阴沟肠杆菌对氨苄青霉素的耐药率在90%以上。革兰阴性杆菌中,除嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌外,其他病原菌对亚胺培南的耐药率均较低,其次为阿米卡星。结果:金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、溶血葡萄球菌、人葡萄球菌人亚种对氨苄青霉素的耐药率均较高,并较往年有上升趋势。此外,葡萄球菌对万古霉素的耐药率为0,我院尚未发现耐万古霉素的葡萄球菌。结论:2005年临床常见病原菌仍然以革兰阴性杆菌占优势,且耐药率较高。在革兰阴性杆菌中除嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌以外,其他菌对亚胺培南的耐药率均较低。金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、溶血葡萄球菌、人葡萄球菌人亚种对氨苄青霉素的耐药率较高,我院尚未发现耐万古霉素的葡萄球菌。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the drug resistance of common clinical pathogens separated in clinical microbiology laboratory in West China Hospital in 2005,to provide basis for clinical infectious diseases diagnosis and therapy.Method:Strains were identified using the MicroScan WalkAway40.Susceptibility tests used microdilution broth method.Result:Among clinical common pathogens,the predominant strains was also gram-negative,the first was Pseudomonas aeruginnosa,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.Drug resistance of common antimicrobial agents to these pathogens was high.Resistance of ampicillin to Escherichia coli and Enterbanter cloacae was more than 90%.Among gram-negative bacteria which was except for Strenotrophomonas maltrophlilia,the drug resistance of imipenem was the lowest and the next low was amikacin.Resistance of ampicillin to Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococccus epiderimidis,Staphylococcus haemolytic and Staphylococcus hominis was more high than last years.Resistance of vancomycin to Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococccus eoiderimidis was 0.There was no vancomycin resistant Staphylococcus strains in the hospital.Conclusion:Among clinical common pathogens,the predominant strains was gram-negative and their resistant rate was high.Among gram-negative bacteria which was except for Strenotrophomonas maltrophlilia,the drug resistance of imipenem was the lowest.Resistance of ampicillin to Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococccus epiderimidis Staphylococcush haemolytic and Staphylococcus hominis was high.No hospital vancomycin resistant was found.
