金银花中一个罕见的二聚体环烯醚萜苷

摘    要: 目的研究金银花中的环烯醚萜苷类成分。方法金银花经体积分数为70%乙醇提取,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶及ODS柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果分得一个通过碳碳双键连接而成的、结构罕见的二聚体环烯醚萜苷centauroside(Ⅰ)。结论该化合物为首次从忍冬属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate iridoid glucosides from the flower buds of Lonicera japonica Thunb.METHODS The 70% (EtOH) extract of L.japonica was successively extracted with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-BuOH.The ethyl acetate fraction was subjected to silica gel and ODS column to obtain compound-centaurosiele(Ⅰ).The structure was determined by spectral analysis.RESULTS The compound was found to be the first bis-secoiridoid glucoside with a carbon-carbon double bond linkage and identified as centauroside.CONCLUSION This compound is firstly obtained from the genus Lonicera.
