| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨郑州市医疗卫生服务系统的反应性。方法；应用模糊综合评价方法对郑州市卫生系统反应性进行评价。结果：模糊评价总评分J＝25，郑州市卫生系统反应性但地好与一般之间；卫生服务可及性的模糊控制量最大（c=0.5163）。结论：郑州市卫生系统反应性整体水平有待提高。 |

| Abstract: | Aim: To study the health system response in Zhengzhou City. Methods: The method of fuzzy synthetical appraisal was applied. Results: The health system response in Zhengzhou City was in the grade between good and general (J = 25); the Fuzzy Control Value of Prompt Attention of medical care was the highest(c = 0.516 3). Conclusion: The health system response in Zhengzhou City remains to be improved. |
