合肥市初三学生肺功能及其影响因素的分析

目的 了解合肥市初三学生肺功能及其影响因素。方法 采取整群抽样，发放问卷调查表，同时测定肺功能，并对肺功能相关影响因素进行多元线性回归分析。结果 合肥市初三学生肺功能总体发育正常，肺功能影响因素主要有身高、体重和年龄。另外，学习压力过大、精神紧张所致心理应激、缺乏体育锻炼以及被动吸烟也是影响肺功能的因素。结论 合肥市初三学生肺功能总体发育情况正常。除身高、体重、年龄、性别等，缺乏必要的体育锻炼、学习压力过大以及由此引起的心理应激等是影响肺功能不可忽视的因素。

Analysis on the lung function and its influence factors of 9th grade students in Hefei

ObjectiveTo explore the lung function and its influencing factors of 9th grade students in Hefei city. Methods452 9th grade students in Hefei chosen by cluster sampling were investigated by questionnaire and certain influencing factors of lung function were analyzed. ResultsHeight, weight and age were the major influencing factors of the lung function. Passive smoking was a factor of lung function besides mentality factor and lack of physical exercise (P<0.05). ConclusionsThe lung function of the 9th grade students in Hefei develops well as a whole. It is mental stress as a new factor to affect adolescent's lung function that is caused by lack of physical exercise, exacerbation of learning burden and psychological stress besides height, weight and age.
