| 摘 要： | 目的：观察长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法：长春瑞滨30mg／m2，第一天和第8天静脉滴注；顺铂20mg／m2，1～5d静脉滴注，21d为1个周期，连用3个周期后评估结果。结果：共治疗的21例患者，其中CR1例，PR11例，总有效率为57．14％，主要不良反应为骨髓抑制，脱发及消化道反应。结论：长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌可获得较好疗效，不良反应可耐受，值得进一步推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the short-time effect and adverse reaction of vinorelbine plus cisplatin in the treatment of NSCLC.Method Vinorelbine: intravenous drip(30mg/m2),d1 and d8;cisplatin: intravenous drip(20mg/m2) d1~d4.One cycle lasted 21 days.Effect was evaluated after 3 cycles.Results Total 21 patients were treated.It showed that 1 case of CR and 11 cases of PR.The total effective rate was 57.14%.The main adverse reactions were myleosuppression,alopecia and digestive tract reaction.Conclusion The combine... |
