| 摘 要： | 目的研究血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在胃癌持续性生长中的作用。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定70例胃癌组织和70例正常黏膜组织标本的VEGF浓度。结果癌组织VEGF浓度和正常黏膜组织VEGF浓度的比值（VEGFCa／N）随着年龄增长而升高，只发现老年组患者VEGFCa／N比值与疾病的进展相关。VEGFCa／N比值升高与老年患者机体缺氧和营养消耗有关。结论VEGF产生的系统-局部调控机制在胃癌，尤其是老年患者的肿瘤细胞持续性生长中发挥重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in maintaining constant gastric carcinoma growth in patients. Methods Expression of VEGF in 70 gastric carcinomas and 70 normal mucosas were determined by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results The VEGF Ca/N ratio between the concentration of VEGF in the cancer and normal mucosa and the cancer tissue VEGF concentration divided by normal mucosa VEGF concentration, increased with age and was associated with disease progression only in elderly patients. Conclusion The systemic-local regulating mechanism of VEGF production may play an important role in the constant growth of tumor cells, especially in the elderly gastric carcinoma patients . |
