EGCG抑制口腔鳞癌Tca8113细胞增殖和诱导凋亡的研究

摘    要:
目的:研究绿茶提取物表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对人口腔鳞癌Tca8113细胞生长抑制及促凋亡的作用。方法:应用MTT法检测不同浓度的EGCG对Tca8113细胞体外增值抑制作用;采用HE染色、Hochest33258染色法检测EGCG对Tca8113细胞凋亡的影响。结果:MTT法检测显示EGCG对Tca8113细胞有明显增殖抑制作用并呈现时间及浓度依赖性(P〈0.05);HE、Hochest33258染色显示,EGCG处理Tca8113细胞中出现了典型的凋亡形态学改变如核碎裂、核浓缩。结论:EGCG对Tca8113细胞的生长具有显著的抑制及促凋亡作用,且呈现时间及浓度的依赖性。

Abstract:
Objective:Table of green tea extract epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) Tca8113 human oral squamous cell growth inhibi- tion and pro - apoptotic effects. Methods: MTI~ assay was used to detect different concentrations of EGCG value - added TcaSll3 cells in vitro inhibition ; HE staining, Hochest33258staining EGCG Tca8113 apoptosis. Results: The MTr assay Display EGCG significantly inhibited the proliferation and render time and concentration dependence on Tca8113 cells( P 〈 0.01 ) ; HE, Hochest33258 staining re- vealed, EGCG treatment TcaSll3 cells, typical apoptotic morphological changes such as nuclear fragmentation, nuclear enrichment. Condusion:EGCG has obvious proliferation inhibition and apoptosis of rendering time and concentration dependence of TcaS113 cells.
