腹腔镜子宫切除术60例临床分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜子宫切除术的方法及临床价值。方法:将行腹腔镜下子宫切除术的患者60例根据不同术式分为腹腔镜全子宫切除术组35例、腹腔镜次全子宫切除术组25例,对两组的术中及术后情况与同期随机抽取的60例经腹子宫切除术进行对比。结果:次全子宫切除术组和全子宫切除术组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组的术后排气时间相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);所有患者手术均顺利进行,术中无膀胱、输尿管损伤情况发生。结论:腹腔镜子宫切除术安全有效,且创伤较小,同时应根据患者的不同病情选择不同的术式。

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic hysterectomy with 60 patients

Objective To study the laparoscopic hysterectomy method and its clinical value.Method 60 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy patients in our hospital from June 2004 to June 2012 were randomly divided into laparoscopic hysterectomy group with 35 cases and laparoscopic subtotal hysterectomy with 25 cases,and the intraoperative and post operative condition of these two groups were compared with randomly selecting 60 cases.Results Operation time,intraoperative bleeding amount,length of hospital stay of hysterectomy group and hysterectomy group were compared and had significant differences(P<0.05).Postoperative exhaust time of these two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).All of operations performed smoothly,with no bladder,ureteral injury happened during operation.Conclusion Laparoscopic hysterectomy is safe and effective,and has smaller trauma.At the same time,we should choose different operation according to the patient′s different disease.
