| 摘 要： | 本文采用酸性α醋酸萘酯酶染色法(简称ANAE)及单向琼脂免疫扩散法对57例复发性口疮(简称RAU)患者的细胞免疫及体液免疫进行了测定。结果表明:(1)复发性口疮患者辅助性T细胞(Th细胞)明显低于正常人(P<0.01)。抑制性T细胞(Ts细胞)明显高于正常人(P<0.01)。Th/Ts比值下降。表明RA患者细胞免疫水平处于抑制状态。(2)血清IgG、IgA、IgM含量均高于正常人。提示:RA的发病机理与自身免疫功能的异常有密切关系。 |

| Abstract: | The immune function was tested in 57 cases of recurrent apnthous(RA) using agar immunod-iffusion and alpha-naphthyl acetate esterase staining. The results indicated that (1) the level of peripheral helper T celKTh) of RA case was obviously lower than that of healthy people (P<0. 01), but the suppressor T cell(Ts) was higher (P<0. 01). The rate of Th/Ts was lower than normal, (2) IgG,IgA and IgM in serum of RA cases were higher than normal. The conclusion was the function of cellular immunity of RA case was in inhibition) but the humoral immunity in hyperation. |
