| 摘 要： | 目的: 观察力源精纯降纤酶治疗缺血性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法: 应用力源精纯降纤酶治疗脑梗死22例,并与维脑路通组作对照。结果: 力源精纯降纤酶治疗组总有效率90.9%,明显高于维脑路通对照组(50.0%)(P<0.01)。结论: 力源精纯降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死疗效较好,见效快,副作用少,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of Liyuan purified difibrinogease in treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:Twenty-two cases of cerebral infarction were treated with Liyuan purified defibrinogease and the outcome was compared with that of the controls treated by venoruton.Results:The overall response rate was 90.9% in the Liyuan purified defibrinogease group,which was greatly higher than that in the venoruton group(50.0%)(P<0.01).Conclusions:Liyuan purified defibrinogease is effective in treatment of acute cerebral infarction with little side effect.It is worth popularizing. |
