摘    要:目的:用Y-STR基因座的基因频率探讨中国22个人群的群体遗传关系。方法:收集中国22个人群DYS390、DYS391和DYS393基因座的基因频率资料,采用Phylip3.66统计软件包计算出Nei’s遗传距离,再用MEGA3.1输出系统发生树。结果:天津、安徽、浙江、福建、北京、云南、潮汕、湖南、成都汉族聚为Ⅰ簇;辽宁满族、新疆维吾尔族、陕西汉族、云南藏族、云南蒙古族、新疆柯尔克孜族和甘肃回族为Ⅱ簇;海南黎族和广西壮族、贵州水族和广州汉族为Ⅲ簇;云南普米族和纳西族为Ⅳ簇。结论:汉族人群间群体遗传关系较近,而少数民族群体间遗传关系较远。同时提示Y-STR基因座的基因频率分布与民族起源和地域有相关性。

Abstract:Objective: To study the genetic relationship of 22 ethnic groups from different region in China. Methods : Genetic data of DYS390, DYS391 and DYS393 STR loci on 22 ethnic groups was collected, genetic distance was calculated with Phylip3.66 statistic package and the phylogenetic tree was constructed by MEGA3.1 statistic package based on the genetic distance among 22 ethnic groups. Results : The result show that nine Han populations in Tianjin, Anhui, Zhejiang, Fujian, Beijing, Yunnan, Chanshan, Hunan and Chengdu involved in cluster Ⅰ; Liaoning Man, Xinjiang Weiwuer, Shanxi Han, Yunnan Zang and Yunnan Menggu, Xinjiang Keerkezi and Gansu Hui populations were incluster Ⅱ ; Hainan Li, Guangxi Zhuang , Guizhou Shui and Guangzhou Han populations were in cluster Ⅲ; Yunnan Pumi and Naxi populations were involved in an identical cluster. Conclutions: the result show that there was closer genetic relationship among Han populations and further genetic relationship among ethnic groups, and it suggested that there was relation between origin of nation and geographic position about the distribution of Y - STR gene frequencies among 22 ethnic groups.
