冠心病患者肱-踝脉搏波传导速度与颈动脉内中膜厚度相关性的研究

摘    要:
目的 通过研究冠心病患者肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)与颈动脉内中膜厚度(cIMT)的变化及相关性,探讨动脉硬化和动脉粥样硬化之间的相关性.方法 本研究入选102例在本院行冠脉造影的患者,按冠脉造影的结果 分为对照组和冠心病组,冠心病组根据冠脉病变程度进一步分为单支、双支、多支病变组.所有入选者在冠脉造影前用日本欧姆龙科林一起同步记录两侧baPWV,用超声检测cIMT.结果 冠心病组baPWV、cIMT明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠状动脉病变程度分析中baPWV、cIMT随着冠脉病变程度加重均有增高趋势,其中多支病变、双支病变组baPWV和cIMT均高于单支病变组、对照组,单支病变组baPWV明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).将选入的患者baPWV和cIMT做直线相关分析,结果 呈正相关(r=0.451,P<0.001).在控制了吸烟、高血压病史、糖尿病史等多种动脉粥样硬化危险因素后,这种相关性仍然存在(r-0.391,P<0.01).结论 baPWV和cIMT密切相关,在一定程度上说明动脉硬化与动脉粥样硬化可能存在相关性.
