刺五加提取物对小鼠红细胞膜流动性的影响

目的研究刺五加对血液流变学指标的影响。方法对两组小鼠分别给予浓度为100 g/L和1 000 g/L的刺五加提取物(12只灌胃),连续给药3周,并设生理盐水组和维生素E组作为对照。利用血细胞分析仪进行血液成分测定,采用荧光偏振法测定红细胞膜流动性和微黏度。结果不同浓度的刺五加提取物对小鼠白细胞数量、红细胞数量、平均血细胞容积、血红蛋白含量以及血小板数量均无显著影响。高浓度刺五加可增加红细胞膜流动性,降低微黏度,而低浓度刺五加没有明显增加红细胞膜流动性和降低微黏度。结论一定浓度的刺五加提取物可以增加红细胞膜流动性,从而降低血液黏度,改善血液流变学指标。

Effect of Acanthopanax senticosus extract on erythrocyte membrane fluidity in mice

Objective To study the effect of Acanthopanax senticosus on hemorheology.Methods Two groups of mice were administrated different doses of Acanthopanax senticosus extract(100,1 000 g/L,n=12,ig) for 3 weeks.NS and vitamin E were set up as controls.Blood ingredients were determined by a blood cell analyzer,and erythrocyte membrane fluidity and microviscosity were measured by fluorescence polarization technique.Results Different doses of Acanthopanax senticosus extract had no apparent effects on WBC,RBC,MCV,HGB and PLT.High concentration Acanthopanax senticosus increased the erythrocyte membrane fluidity and lowered the microviscosity,but low concentration one did not.Conclusion Certain concentration Acanthopanax senticosus extract can increase erythrocyte membrane fluidity,so that blood viscosity is lowered and hemorheology factors are improved.
