| 摘 要： | 教师是直接影响教学效果的重要因素之一。“医学院校英语教师情况凋查问卷”以了解医学院校英语教师素质和教师发展为主要目的，在广东省主要医学院校的英语教师中做了问卷调查。本文在对调查结果进行分析的基础L，针对英语教师队伍中存在的问题以及英语教师发展前景提出了相应的对策。 |

A report on English teachers' qualities and teacher development in medical colleges |

| Abstract: | Teacher is one of the most important factors which affects teaching and learning.This report aims to discuss the issues of teacher quality and teacher development based on a questionnaire study designed for English teachers in medical colleges and carried out in the key medical colleges of Guangdong Province.The authors find out the problems of English teachers in medical colleges according to the data and try to put forward some proposals to teacher development. |
