| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨感染中毒症患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）的变化及意义。方法：用双抗体夹心法测定52例感染中毒症患者血清NSE浓度。结果：感染中毒症组血清NSE浓度显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；严重感染中毒症和感染中毒症休克组血清NSE浓度显著高于普通感染中毒症组（P〈0．01），普通感染中毒症组血清NSE浓度与对照组相比差异无统计学意义（P=0．055）。结论：血清NSE浓度升高可作为提示感染中毒症患者神经元细胞受损的辅助性指标，也是判断病情预后的指标之一。 |
