| 摘 要： | 目的掌握湖北省疟疾流行态势，为制定抗疟措施提供依据。方法对湖北省网报疟疾疫情和监测结果进行统计和描述性分析。结果2008年共报告疟疾1089例，发病率为0.19／万，其中输入疟疾65例（间日疟46冽、恶性疟19例），与2007年1769例（0.31／万）比下降38.71％。嗜人按蚊分布区发病919例，占全省病例84.39％；中华按蚊分布区170例，占15.61％。疟疾流行季节6-9月共发病575例，占全年病例的52.80％。40-45岁年龄组疟疾发病123例，占发病数的11.33％。襄阳、枣阳、老河口、广水4个县市疟疾发病率超过1／万。孝昌、钟祥、大悟3个县市疟疾发病回升，上升幅度为23.53％-69.30％。全年疟疾防治以控制传染源为重点，但在暴发点同时采取药物浸帐灭蚊措施。结论全省疟疾发病呈下降态势，但局部发病和输人性疟疾上升，以控制传染源为主的抗疟措施有效。 |
