| 摘 要： | 将41例抑郁症病人随机分为舒必利组和阿米替林组，进行为期6周的对照研究．使用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、临床总体印象量表（CGI－SI）及HAMD分值下降率进行疗效评定。结果显示两组对抑郁症均有肯定疗效，有效率分别为90．91％和94．74％，显效率分别为81．82％和84.21％．舒必利见效快，副作用小。 |

| Abstract: | A six -week control study was given to 41 depressive patients who had been randomly divided into sulpiride group and amitriptyline group. The curative effects were assessed by HAMD. CGI - SI and descending rate of HAMD scores. The result showed that both groups had positive effect on depression. the effective rate were 90. 91 % and 94.74%, and the effectual rate were 81. 82% and 84.21 % respectively, and sulpiride had fast effect and little side effects. |
