| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨瘫痪病人医学应对策略的趋向及社会支持的多少与瘫痪病人医学应对策略的相关性。方法:对45例瘫痪病人进行社会支持评定量表及医学应对的问卷调查。结果:患者的医学应对模式同常模比较,回避及屈服两个因素得分高于常模(P<0.01或0.05),差异均有显著性,患者社会支持及主观支持度与医学应对中的屈服呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:瘫痪病人在医学应对方式中趋向于回避及屈服,这可能与患者预后不良有关,而社会支持越高的患者越少采用屈服的应对方式。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the trend of medical coping in paralysis patients,and the relationship between the social-support and medical coping of them.Methods:Forty-five paralysis patients were studied by using Social Support Questionnaire(SSQ) and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ).Results:Compared with the normal level,the score of resignation and avoidance were higher(P<0.05,P<0.01).Social support and subjective support were negatively related in medical coping of patients with paralysis(P<0.01).Conclusion:Patients with paralysis tend to use avoidance and resignation,which is possibly related to their bad prognosis.Patients who get more social support use less avoidance than those without it. |
