| 摘 要： | 亓鲁光教授认为,古时消渴三消辨证,目前已很难满足现代临床诊治糖尿病的需要,临床辨证应大胆地突破三消辨证,应辨证辨病相结合,同病异治,异证求同,中西医结合,尤重固本化瘀疏肝之法,综合改善胰岛功能,平稳降低血糖。

| Abstract: | It is difficult to meet the need of modern clinical diagnosis and treatment on diabetes by ancient San-Xiao differentiation of consumptive thirst,considered by Professor QI Lu-guang.However,it’s necessary to break through the limitation of San-Xiao differentiation courageously.To improve pancreas islet function comprehensively and lower blood glucose smoothly,it is better to combine syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,treat the same disease with different methods,treat different syndromes with the same method,combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine,what is more,much more attention should be paid to the methods of consolidating foundation,soothing liver,activating blood and resolving stasis. |
