浅谈卫生行政部门在高等医学院校临床教学基地管理中的作为

通过参与高等医学院校临床教学基地管理，我们体会到卫生行政部门在临床教学基地管理中，应该也有必要有所作为，卫生行政部门要为高等医学院校和医疗卫生机构提供一个“互惠互利、相互支持、共同发展”的交流平台，不直接干预高等医学院校的临床教学工作，但可提出政策性的引导和指导，加强对临床教学基地的监管，主动为临床教学工作提供必要的支持与辅助。

Preliminary discussion of health administrative departments'''' function in clinical base management in higher medical education institutions

Through participating the management of the clinical teaching base of higher medical education institutions,we have realized that health administrative department should necessarily perform some functions.Health administrative departments should offer a communication platform for higher medical schools and medical & health institutions so as to win their mutual benefit,support,and achieve common development without interfering higher medical schools' clinical teaching,but offering guidance and instruction from the policy point of view so as to enhance supervision for clinical teaching base and afford clinical teaching work necessary supports and aids.
