摘    要:
脊髓损伤是中枢神经系统的一类严重创伤,其所造成的运动及感觉功能障碍,显著降低了患者的生存和生活质量。现行的修复方法和药物治疗效果欠佳,以致于给个人、家庭和社会造成了沉重的负担。随着生物学及分子生物学研究的不断深入,以骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)移植为代表的生物治疗为脊髓损伤的修复带来了曙光。本文将就脊髓损伤修复的现状、BMSCs的生物学特性和作用机制、以及其应用于脊髓损伤修复的潜在价值等方面进行综述。

Abstract:
Spinal cord injury is a kind of severe trauma of the central nervous system with motor and sensory dysfunction. It significantly reduces the survival and quality of patients. No effective repair methods and drug treatments have been reported for spinal cord injury, thus causing a heavy burden for individuals, families and society. With the development of biology and molecular biology, the transplantation of bone mesenchymal stem cells ( BM- SCs) has been considered as a promising therapeutic treatment for spinal cord injury. In this paper we review the present treatment of spinal cord injury, biological characteristics and molecular mechanisms of BMSCs, and potential therapeutic effects of BMSCs in spinal cord injury.
