| 摘 要： | 本文对近年来急性有机磷农药中毒的洗胃方法、阿托品的合理使用、复能剂的应用、中间综合征以及必要的心理护理等方面的一些新认识和进展进行了文献综述。在急性有机磷农药中毒抢救过程中，对发生中间综合征的患者保持呼吸通畅、建立机械通气，进行有效的护理，是危重病例救治成功的关键；合理使用阿托品，增加阿托品使用的安全性，才能提高抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | The essay made a review of the new knowledge and advance in recent years of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, including the gastric lavage method, the rational use of atropine, the application of reactive agent, intermediate syndrome, and the necessary psychological care. In the course of critical illness rescue for acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, it is key to the success for patients with intermediate syndromes to keep in smooth respiratory, to establish mechanical ventilation for effective care; the rational and safe use of atropine makes it possible to improve the success rate of rescue. |
