| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨慢性重型肝炎血浆内毒素脂多糖 (LPS)与肝组织Kuppfer细胞自杀因子配体 (FasL)表达和血清可溶性FasL(sFasL)的关系。 方法 检测 1 2例慢性重型肝炎患者血浆内毒素LPS的水平 ,同步观察肝组织FasL表达与血清sFasL的水平 ,并与 1 6例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行对照。 结果 慢性重型肝炎组LPS水平、sFasL、FasL表达阳性率及阳性强度均高于慢性乙型肝炎组 ,P <0 .0 1。 结论 肝细胞功能严重受损时 ,血中肠源性LPS增高 ,并促使肝组织FasL表达增强。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relations of LPS level of plasmic endotoxin to expression of FasL in liver tissue and level of serumal sFasL in patients with chronic severe hepatitis. Methods Levels of plasmic LPS and serumal sFasL were detected,and expression of FasL in liver tissue were investigated synchronously in 12 patients with chronic severe hepatitis B. 20 normal subjects and 16 patients with chronic hepatitis B were detected as controls. Results The blood levels of LPS,sFasL in patients with chronic severe hepatitis B were significantly higher than those in patients with chronic hepatitis B and normal subjects.FasL expression in liver tissue in patients with chronic severe hepatitis B were significantly higher than those in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Conclusion LPS levels in patients with chronic severe hepatitis B accompanied by IETM can upregulate the expression of FasL in liver tissue. |
