| Abstract: | Adjuvant and neoadjuvant therapy are the important therapeutic methods for rectal cancer. Neoadjuvant concurrent ehemoradiotherapy and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy play a crutial role in rectal cancer treatment. New chemotherapy drugs and targeted therapy drugs could further improve the therapeutic effect of rectal cancer. |
