“养筋汤”加味合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片口服治疗膝骨性关节炎28例

目的：观察“养筋汤”加味合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片口服治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床治疗疗效。方法：将56例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组28例采用“养筋汤加味”合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片口服治疗,对照组28例单纯采用盐酸氨基葡萄糖片口服治疗。结果：治疗组28例中,优秀18例,良好7例,无效3例,总优良率为89.2％;对照组28例中,优秀10例,良好8例,无效10例,总优良率为64.3％(P<0.05)。结论 “养筋汤”加味合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片口服治疗早期膝骨性关节炎临床效果较明显,临床上可供借鉴。

Treatment of 28 Cases of Osteoarthritis of Knee by

Objective: To observe the curative effect of "Yang tendon soup" combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablet in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 56 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, 28 patients were treated with "Yang tendon soup" combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets. In the control group, 28 cases were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets treatment. Results: Among the 28 cases, 18 cases were excellent, 7 cases were good, 3 cases were ineffective. The total excellent and good rate was 89.2%. In the control group, 10 cases were excellent, 8 cases were good, 10 cases were ineffective. 64.3% (P <0.05). Conclusion: "Yang tendon soup" combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablet has obvious clinical effect in the treatment of early osteoarthritis of knee, and can be used for reference in clinic.
