Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of integrated medicine(IM)combined with objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)teaching method on undergraduate interns in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 76 cases of interns in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,who were randomly divided into control group and teaching reorganization group with the method of random number table.The control group adopted traditional teaching method,and the teaching reorganization group adopted IM combined with OSCE teaching method.Compare the daily scores,final scores and teaching satisfaction of both groups.Results The teaching reorganization group students'scores in self-learning ability,clinical reasoning,learning enthusiasm,teamwork and after-class exercises were all superior to those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total score of the teaching reorganization group students was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of objective and subjective questions in the final examination of the teaching reorganization group students were significantly superior to those of the control group(all P<0.05).The final total score of the teaching reorganization group students was much superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).The students'satisfaction degree and total satisfaction degree of curriculum design form,classroom atmosphere,improvement of learning enthusiasm,improvement of critical thinking ability,knowledge mastery degree of the teaching reorganization group students were significantly superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion IM combined with OSCE teaching method can cultivate and exercise students'skills of independent learning,independent thinking,problem discovery,problem analysis and problem solving,enhance their sense of participation,and improve their learning effect,learning enthusiasm,activity and satisfaction.
